The Helsinki-based jewellery design company, Lingon Design, is all about standing out like red lingonberries in the forest. The designer and goldsmith Lina Simons has been creating jewellery and simple tools since 1993. With her distinct but straightforward style, she has made a name for herself in Nordic jewellery design.

“My best ideas are born when I wander in nature. I love walking in the archipelago looking for treasures that have been washed ashore. These environments inspire me to create unique jewellery. By unique, I mean that every piece must have a unique idea, which is expressed through the design."
