Blackcurrant & Violet 300 g / Alppilan Safka

A jam cooked in small portions from Finnish blackcurrants and violet petals. The surprising combination of violet and blackcurrant is a classic from the Provence region of France. In its aromas, the violet perfectly rounds the bitterness of the currant. On a cheese plate, this jam is perfect as a friend of blue cheese, Comte or goat cheese, for example. Also try with nut granola or yoghurt.
